GLBT Programming Committee Mission Statement
The GLBT Committee of the Dallas Public Library strives to enhance the quality of life for the GLBT population of Dallas by providing cultural and educational programs that enlighten, inspire, and foster a sense of community. It also aims at highlighting the role the Dallas Public Library can play in this endeavor, by sponsoring events relevant to the GLBT community and encouraging attendants to use library resources in order to strengthen the community.
