This new 16,800 SF library will open in early Summer 2013.
Features:
The goal for this building is Gold LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) which includes energy efficient lighting, ground source heat pump system for heating and cooling, water efficient landscaping, excellent in-door air quality (by the use of environmentally friendly materials) and the use of local building materials.

- Public meeting space seating 98 with kitchenette and restrooms that can accessed after-hours.
- Classroom space that can be divided, seating 48, and can also be accessed after-hours.
- 2 mobile study room spaces that can seat 4 with a table or be used for storytime.
- Houses a collection of up to 45,000 volumes of books and media.
- Separate service areas for adults, teens, and children.
- Public computer workstations and laptops for public use.
- Free wireless access.
- Drive-up access for book and media returns.
